Be able to skip forward in timeline and not automatically pause

I wish I could navigate the timeline without Premiere automatically pausing, causing me to have to push the space bar. This is valuable to me since it is annoying to have to keep pushing the space bar every time I click to navigate the timeline, and having this option would let me increase my productivity.
