Be smarter to predict user workflow/media directory

It would be nice help the user when a certain workflow is used.

ex.

When I start a new project I copy the mediafiles to a working directory, local drive or server.

Then I start to open a predefined project with al screens set.

Next I save this project to the working directory.

When I now select import I expect Premiere to start opening files in the directory where I just saved the project!

Not my documents etc...!

Same goes with export,

with new projects, choose the project location as first default output directory.
