BILLION DOLLAR - AUDIO FEATURE REQUEST!
I would like to request a simplified version of the Transcription/Delete-Pauses Feature.
I'm also including a few other items I will like to see here as well.
It would look something like this....
1. In your timeline sequence window > select a collection of audio clips
2. In the Essential Sound Panel > Click the "Remove Silence" Button
3. The following radio buttons would appear:
a. Trim silence at the beginning of each clip (yes/no)
b. Trim silence at the end of each clip (yes/no)
c. Trim in silence between audio (yes/no)
*This one includes a slider button to adjust the "Minimum Sillence Length" [1.00] Seconds
(just like in the transcript view options)
d. Apply default audio transitions (yes/no)
*This one includes a numeric text field to enter the following...(just like in the timeline>Preferences)
"Audio Transition Defatault Duration" [00.01] (seconds or frames)
e. Tag all selected clips as: (dialogue, music, SFX, Ambience)
*If any of the clips are already tagged this would OVERRIDE any/all previous tags.
f. Auto-match all selected audio clips?
*This option would include a few different target Loudness settings with some clarification...
For example...
-14.00 LUFS (Spotify/Youtube)
-23.00LUFS (International Broadcast Standard)
------------
This is a separate feature request but would go well here, so I'll include it.
Ability to create different sound Profiles with the following types of attributes
Create Sound Profile....
Profile Name: Doug
Profile Color Label: Blue
Reduce Noise: 3.0
Enhance Speech Mix: 4.0
Reduce Reverb:
Pan: Left -35
Volume: Level
Add Effect: None
Shortcut Key: Command+1
Button: [Apply to All]
*with all the audio clips selected, you could select any of the sound profiles you've created and then click "apply all" and it would apply all those attributes to the selected audio clips. Alternatively, while you are working through the timeline, you could select an audio clip or a few and use theshortcut key (assigned in the profile) to apply the audio profile attributes to your selected clip(s)
I honestly think this is a BILLION DOLLAR idea that utilizes many of the brilliant new features Adobe has already created and consolidates them into an intuitive, efficient and optimal workflow that users can leverage to create quality work in a shorter period of time.
Thank you!
