BlackmagicRaw Plugin not installed message

I was editing a video in premiere pro with braw footage, then when i wanted to proceed editing on a different system the clips were offline. This was because the braw plugin wasn't installed on this system. Maybe a simple error message saying the braw plugin isn't installed is an easy way to know what's wrong rather than a basic "the importer reported a generic error" message.
