bloom effect

I would love premiere to have a list of features

1. bloom effect
2. halation effect
3. object tracking and stabilisation - so that i dont need to go to ae to do the job
4. depth map so that the background colors can be manupulated. the object masking tool creates a halo effect near the ears its not accurate
5. Profession video de noiser or de grain
