BUG: Mercury transmit GPU Render off when opening Team Project

Everytime I open my Team Project, Mercury Transmit Software render is activated. I always have to switch to GPU CUDA Render, close my timelines and open them again. Otherwise my timelines does not playback. It does not matter if I open the Team Project on my workstation or my colleague opens it on his one.
