Can't go to "Previous" or "Next" Marker

The new version makes it impossible to navigate through markers.

Whenever clicking the option to navigate to the previous or next marker Premiere won't do anything.

Markers are on the sequence. The navigation hotkeys greatly improved my workflow, but now I have to click on the market to be on that time stamp slowing everything down.

Noticed this bug in the last 2 updates.
