Can we get the look of the previous version of Premiere (color/contrast)??

I recently launched version 25, begrudgingly. Instantly I can't satnd the new punchy look It's distracting... Under appearance, the dark is too dark, the medium is too light. Why do they change the "look"?? We are so used to it looking a certain way. This is seriously causing me to close to program and just work in older versions.

    They have some changes to this available in the public beta, you can check that out.

     

    But there are still a lot of users wanting a much larger control set for general brightness of the UI than we now have. So there are several other posts like yours in the Idea section, and searching and upvoting is normally better than adding a new thread 'here'.

     

    So a mod may well consolidate this into another extant Idea ... for now, I'll upvote of course.
