Can you add title tool in Premiere Pro

Hi there, would you add the title tool , other tools, Essential Graphics tool, lower third graphic, and Graphics tool in premiere Pro how why I got little problem from the app premiere Pro I can’t look for a Graphics tool, lower third graphic, or title tool in Premiere Pro only in Premiere Rush see the picture, screenshot, and Videos below  would you add the title tool ,Essential Graphics tool, lower third graphic ,other tools and Graphics tool in premiere Pro
