Captions: Add source language for British English

Adobe, please acknowledge that US English is not standard English.  I am fed up of having to correct words like "colour" because of your "English - auto-detected" setting, which imposes US English.

Premiere Pro has the Brazilian and European versions of Portuguese, so it is possible for you to automate writing captions in different versions of the same language. 

Please enable this in version 26, it would save a lot of time when editing videos.
