Captions and transcriptions: Arabic transcription needed ASAP

I use always premiere but I need the Arabic transcription Language to be added 

I Use other softwares for Arabic transcription and you know them, and I want to only use premiere pro for everything 

so please add the Arabic transcription ASAP.
