Captions Presets (Needed)

This is still an evolving area, but it is fairly easy to do what you want. But there are 2 issues: a) how to share caption track styles between projects and b) whether to create a caption track with a style.

They are working toward these being easier to share across projects, and eventually into the Library, but not there yet.

Or, if you like the default preset for a particular format (e.g. Subtitle), just use the default preset, but specify your style.

And really, even if you don't apply a style when creating, just add the style after the fact.
