Captions should have "maximum length in words" option

Rather than “maximum length in characters”, or even just as another option. It’s far more intuitive to think in words rather than characters. I can’t instantly think of what 42 characters means but I can think what 5 words means.

There are 3 issues. 1) The max # characters is part of specifications for some formats. 2) Words are not the same length, so how would that work? 3) The options work in combination: time, character count, etc.

The recent addition of a single word option was much needed.

But true, you could create rules that would break captions once the specified number of words is achieved, subject to some maximum character max.

Yea once the number of words reached kinda thing would be a good way to do it. Prolly have to use things in conjunction but just making it a bit more user friendly
