Change alignment of transitions (starting/centered/ending) from within the timeline via right click.

A great time saver would be allowing a quick alignment change on a transition from within the timeline utilizing a right click. Have three options - Staring at Cut, Centered on Cut and Ending on Cut. For custom starts, you would still need to dig into the effect panel, but this would be a great and easy addition.
