Change Needed to PFS during playback for Control Panels

Playhead Follows Selecion only changes the selected clip when playback is stopped. Which is a huge problem when doing color with a control panel.

In Audio work, control panels typically change levels only during playback, and Premiere respects this. So even though the clip highlighted as 'selected is 3 clips back from the Playhead, turning our audio control will affect the clip being shown, NOT the clip showing "selected".

We need the same thing for color work. So we can playback a sequence and do color trims "on the fly" without having to constantly stop playback to move the fricking 'selected' marking.
