Change Needed to PFS during playback for Control Panels

Playhead Follows Selecion only changes the selected clip when playback is stopped. Which is a huge problem when doing color with a control panel.

 In Audio work, control panels typically change levels only during playback, and Premiere respects this. So even though the clip highlighted as 'selected' is 3 clips back from the Playhead, turning our audio control will affect the clip being shown in the Program monitor, , NOT the clip showing "selected" on the sequence.

We need the same thing for color work. So we can playback a sequence and do color trims "on the fly" without having to constantly stop playback to move the fricking 'selected' marking.
