Change position of mutiple graphics without needing to select a video clip

1. Create two graphics elements in the timeline, or upgrade captions to graphics.
2. Select both graphics to see that Transform controls (specifically "position") is not available
3. Hold shift and select another type of clip in the timeline (video or adjustment layer, for example)

The properties panel does not offer transform at step 2 but does at step 3. Can we please move multiple graphics without selecting an additional type of asset?
