Change text or graphics after replacing it with After Effects composition in Premiere Pro

So when we try to edit a text or a graphic layer and send it to After Effects 

we find every layer in a precomposition like this 

and I have to spend time to extract it and for example if i have 100 layers or more this takes hours and hours of work 

so i hope Adobe fix this and when I import the graphic layer or text layer I want it to be like this like It would normally be in After Effects
