Change to Color is no longer available

Yes, there's a color picker in the HSL tab, always has been. The process has been to 'pick' a color, then use the sliders to refine the key. Using the masking options also provided.

I like that the Lumetri effect HSL is more accurate. However, we work in a fast-paced environment and have to churn out videos pretty fast. The color picker in the "Change Color To" was really convenient and quick. Am I missing anything? Is there a color picker for the new color in HSL that I am missing?

Look at the color effects in the Lumetri Panel.. You'll be able to do the same thing more accurately.

I think there's an effect called "Color Replace" or something like that still available.

The old ones have been in the Obsolete bin since 2017. Ancient code, not using the GPU, they could all throw all processing out of the GPU for other effects when used, and ... all were used by under 1% of the user base.
