"Collapse Bounding Box to Crop" / Flatten Crop Effect

Please add a feature that allows us to "flatten" a cropped video, exactly like flattening a layer or converting to a Smart Object in Photoshop.

Currently, if you crop a video unequally on the left and right, the blue selection box on your screen stays the exact same size as the original, uncropped video. This makes it impossible to just click and drag the cropped area cleanly, because Premiere still selects the hidden parts of the video.

We need a built-in way to shrink the selection box so it tightly hugs only the visible, cropped area, allowing us to click and drag the cropped piece freely and smoothly around the screen with our mouse while resetting the center to zero.
