Color Labels in Nested Clips

Hi there! 
Wondering if it would be possible to add a feature allowing the original color labels applied to clips to stay when a clip is nested in Premiere? Would be a great work flow improvement to those of us working with several camera angles.

At present, the clips automatically default to green when nested, no matter what color label is applied to the original clip. I do know that you can re-apply a color label after nesting, but currently it defaults back to green if you render or close the program and re-open. Thank you for your time and consideration!
