Colour idea for lumtri, power tracking windows

Are you using the tracked masking for the Lumetri effect already?

As the process is a bit different, the results the same.

In Resolve you add a node, do your 'power window' and track it, then attach nodes of color work.

In Premiere, you add layers of Lumetri for specific things, instead of adding nodes.

So you add a new Lumetri layer to the color workspace Lumetri panel, apply a mask and track in the Effects Control Panel, then in that layer of Lumetri, do your color work.

Or add a layer of Lumetri to do some HSL secondary, or whatever.
