Convert captions into workable text on the timeline

It would literally save thousands of people upwards of hundreds of hours each of manual captioning if you simply allowed us to copy or move automatically transcribed captions into the timeline as text so we can apply the animations and effects we need with minimal effort. I have spent a few hundred hours captioning a clients content manually just because they want the text to be animated. But if this feature was added, it would be as simple as fixing minor errors in the auto transcribe and correcting the timing. I cannot express enough how useful this would be. Even just allowing us to animate captions on the caption track would be at least something,
