Copy-paste clip markers (and possibly sync with Frame.io)

Hello. Especially with Frame.io integration, I'd love to improve the Marker flexibility in Premiere. Frame.io marker import works great for notes on sequences, but I'd love to be able to post a two-hour-long clip and have someone make markers on it, then import those markers back onto the clip. The ideal improvement would be to be able to copy-paste markers at will, from the Marker window, to and from whatever sequence or clip I choose. If that was the case, I'd be able to do what I want with the current Frame.io integration. However, I have no batch-import/paste option for Clip Markers. If I could also download the clip TXT file and import those markers as clip markers, that would work too. I'll take whatever I can get!
