Thank you for answering my question.
But it is important to have individual text style settings in the same text layer for video creation.
(It would be better if you can directly apply the saved text style)
Perhaps a new setting can be added to allow users to decide whether they want to trade performance for this feature?

Thank you!

The Appearance section in the Essential Graphics panel has per-character settings and per-layer settings. Per character are Fill Color and Strokes. Every character of a text layer can have different stroke settings. Per-layer settings are Background and Shadow. If you change the background or shadow of one character in a text layer the whole layer will change.
That's why we are excluding shadows and background completely when pasting. You cannot have one character have a shadow and the next one have none or two.

We have been considering whether we should change shadows to be a per-character setting. But it would have such an impact on performance that we have so far not believed the cost was worth the value.

Thanks, C H! Can you attach a small video to this thread that shows the problem?
