Correct transcript and so cc for Dutch as it is not working correct in updated versions

When transcribing spoken text Dutch is not recognized anymore in 2026 Version. After a long search I switched back to an old 2025 Version and cc goes again fine. It can not be that a new Version is worse for transcribing dutch than a new one! I can't understand this is not fixed yet, it has been months!
