Create an Adjustment Layer from within the timeline

Rather than creating an adjustment layer from the project panel first before adding into the timeline, it would be great if you could simply add one into timeline directly.

This could done within a click of a button from within the timeline UI or a keyboard shortcut.

Perhaps a dialog box could also appear first, asking about the duration of the adjustment layer (you could set to this to your in/out point) and on what track it should go on. 

These settings could be saved as preset which could then be assigned to a keyboard shortcut.
