Create Custom Automated Macro Function Environment in Premiere Pro

So I'm sure there are a few editors out there who use Premiere Pro and have to face repeated tasks which make workflow inefficient and time consuming.

These are tasks a bit beyond the Adobe Keyboard task shortcuts.

What am I thinking about? - well within Windows 10/11 there is a Power Automate application that lets you automate certain repetitive tasks within the Windows environment, whether it is Desktop Automation or repetitive Data manipulation/export etc.

Within the Adobe Premiere Pro editing environment you could use keyboard Macro recorders but these are limited as you also need Playhead information, Mouse co-ordinates (eg for locating clips) etc

So the Idea is to have the ability to create a 'Custom Record function' for your own Macros that you can use on selected clips.

In Premiere itself you should be able to know which video tracks are targetted, mouse selecting which clip etc.

As an example - A few days ago I posted a thread about trying to reduce Flicker on footage I had taken in the US on my 4K 50fps footage.

I came across a technique on You Tube which basically duplicated the clip on the two Video Tracks above offsetting each clip by 1 and 2 frames. Then changing their opacity individually. Finally Nesting and sharpening slightly.

On the project I am working on  I have quite a few clips on a sequence I took in St Louis Cathedral where lighting was very difficult to completely eliminate flicker.

The technique described above worked very well for me but I am now faced with the task of repeatedly applying these manual tasks on all individual clips that are affected. Very time consuming.

Copy/Paste Attributes just won't cut the mustard on this.

So Adobe Product Engineering - do you think a Custom Automated Macro record function within the Premiere Pro editing desktop workflow environment could be implemented to reduce time wasting and improve editing efficiency?

Please upvote if you think a Custom Automated Macro function within Premiere Pro for your own specific repeated editing tasks would help you in your workflow.

I've managed some automation with free programs - an example for mouse movement and key presses here: https://somup.com/cZXVqdHWgf

Well no they donlt because they are keyboard stroke emulators.

I'm talking about embedded Custom Macro capability within Premiere Pro that knows where clips are being selected and also where the playhead is on the timeline/video track selection

As far as I know you also have to dig in your pocket for an extra $150? for external solutions which only part do the job.

They can be useful of course

The idea is an integrated but comprehensive Macro function builder within Premiere Pro desktop.

Doesn't AutoHotKey, Streamdeck, Keyboard Maestro and Excalibur kind of do some of this already?
