Create "duplicate sequence" menu in submenu

Hi, 

it would save one step if we could access the duplicate timeline prompt form the timeline submenu, when clicking the timeline with the right mouse button. 

And if the duplicate timeline command would excecute if we are in the timeline. 

If you need to deal with a lot of different versions this is a big help.
