Creating interactive videos

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to have a format in Premiere that allows interactive videos? For ex: I have a main video that throws an overarching view of my new platoform, and then individual videos that explain each component of the platform as different videos. Say 1 main menu video and 6 sub videos. Just like how DVD screens were authored, is there any way we can do this in Premiere? or in any other app? How to go about this?

Just have a timeline or a workflow that calls out the different videos as they are requested.
