Crop option at top in Effects - redundant and less useful than the drag-in Crop under Transform

Lose the Crop option at the top of Effect Controls. You can not move it below other effects, (e.g., Roughen Color Edges, so it doesn't Roughen the cropped edge), and the Crop option under Transform allows softening of edges, etc. which works better with Transitions than the Crop option at top. Also, it takes up valuable space with something redundant. Thanks!
