Default Caption Settings in Preferences

When are we getting Default Caption Settings in Preferences? A discussion that has been going on for the past 8+ years. Everytime a new project is opened the Track Styles dissapear, everything defaults to Myriad Pro or Monaco in the last updates. For every Subtitle track we add it's a redo of the settings and even when we save Track Styles they are only for that project.

Version 25.5.0 (Build 13) but i have seen this behaviour since 2018
