Default clips to time remapping > speed (SHORTCUT)

This is absolutely neccessary. The amount of clicking just to enable time remapping is ridiculous if you have a lot of clips to edit.

I just tried final cut pro for a week. Premiere is just lucky that it has the much better audio handling, otherwise I would have stayed with fcp for it's easy speed ramping implementation alone. In premiere, there's too much clicking around involved.

Yep, also maybe make time remapping effect available for being saved to presets!

I'm here for the same request. It could be a shortcut or just a simple setting option that could be done before hand. I hope someone will read this from Adobe and will consider it.

I second this motion! Please both have the option to set time remap as a shortcut and a setting in general preferences to change the clips to default to time remapping rather than opacity! I can tell you how many added clicks I have done in my lifetime because this feature does not exist. Thank you for doing this in a timely fashion, like do it this week please:)
