Delete Gaps on TRACK

Close Gap only works on entire sequence vertical gaps.
Whatever you try with locking or unsync, forget it.
Any shot above a gap will hinder the function.
I need Close Gap on TRACK, regardless of what other tracks look like.
Please feedback on creating this feature, as users aren't happy about the way Adobe communicates.
