Descriptive Video

It's become fairly common use now having Transcriptive and Captioning in Premiere Pro. Beginning this year our team is supposed to now also use  Descriptive Video Service (DVS), also known as Second Audio Program (SAP) which provides enriched verbal descriptions of what is heard and seen on a TV's primary audio and video channels. Will Premiere have an AI feature in the near future that will do this? Otherwise this could be quite time consuming as an editor to do this for every video.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Upvoted, this would be huge, and I would think not a stretch if Adobe is working towards finding b-roll by description. I really love the transcription and captioning it does, in testing it does better than other services with capitalization and punctuation in the captions and allowing for better control over the look and feel of the captions to improve contrast is great. If we could generate a draft of descriptions then have the ability to edit/ adjust that would be amazing. Also the ability to export the SAP descriptions for uploading to hosting platforms.

Upvoted. Lots of resources for understanding this. I used 3PlayMedia, and was interested in Video description service vs Audio Description, and differences between countries.

Edit to add: I forgot I commented on a related discussion almost 3 years ago regarding "descriptive transcript" and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG):

This would be a great feature.  If you re-post it as an "Idea", I will vote for it.

There are companies that provide this service like 3 Play Media.  You could also check with Rev.com who is well known for captioning to see if they offer this.
