Disable Source/Program Zoom Bars

I would love to be able to disable/remove the source/program zoom bars/behavior.  I never use them and many times I enable them accidentally when trying to zoom into the timeline.

    Definitely agree here. Worst is when you're playing back and you forgot that the bar is all zoomed in and it flutters fast in a distracting way. Also I'd much prefer if clicking on the program monitor and then zooming in just zooms on the actual timeline.
