Disable zoom via Magic Mouse scroll

Disable the zoom feature via Magic Mouse scroll only in the “Settings” and “Program” windows, because accidental zooming is very annoying.

Bonus Request: Social Captions. Dynamic captions for social media in the style of Instagram’s features, where the spoken word appears in a colored box. This would be a huge help for those who edit content for social media.
