Effect Controls panel > keyframe area > zoom with Alt (Option) and Scroll Wheel

Hi! Not quite a "wow" idea, but it would be a great quality of life update: let us zoom in and out in the keyframe area of the Effect Controls panel by using the Alt (or Option) + Scroll Wheel, just like we do on the timeline. It would be a lot easier and faster than grabbing the zoom bar's handle.  Thank you!

Thanks, no, the idea was to zoom in faster on keyframes I need to adjust. Like hovering the mouse where I know that panel is, without really looking. Without slowing down the mouse in order to hit that narrow bar. The timeline has this functionality, so it must be a good one. Otherwise, they would have just let us navigate the timeline with the similar bar at the bottom (and it would have been a pain).

If you want a wider area turn off Pin to Clip.

so maybe the keyframe area could move forward / backward with Ctrl/Command + Scroll (I realize scroll is for up/down)

Thanks, I didn't know that. It's still a tiny area to place the mouse over. I'd still love it if that keyframe area would behave like the timeline (scroll to move it forward/backward, alt+scroll to zoom, when you hover the mouse anywhere on that panel)

You can scroll on the bar with the mouse scroll

Shift+scroll for large amounts
