Effects Panel Improvements

I wish to see the following improvements to the effects panel-

- the ability to open effects catagories like you can with bins...so that multiple effects catagories can be open at the same time. It is silly to make a preset and then not have the ability to easily drag it to another custom bin.

-The ability to make any transition a default transition. I prefer to use the Film Impact dissolve but I can only save the default "cross dissolve" type. I wish to save the "Film Dissolve" type as my default transition. Currently its needless amounts of keystrokes to change this.
