Enable the ability to resize the Project Manager window

Maybe you could rename the sequences you want to consolidate with a "A" at the beginning or an "_" so it would appear first ? 

Otherwise, if you don't know about it, please let me introduce you "PlumePack". It is a Premiere Pro third party plugin we develop at Autokrom, and an alternative to the "Project Manager". The "Collect and Copy" equivalent is FREE to use with PlumePack FREE, just download it, install, restart Premiere Pro and you can use it !
For the problem you have, it should help you as the window is resizable and you can better see all your sequences. You have also more infos about what the Consolidation Process actually does, it fails less often than the Project Manager, and support more features.
