Export to MP4 with Chapter Segments and Hover Text

Premiere Pro already has markers that are named.

Please make it possible to export to MP4 and use those markers as segmented chapters in the timeline, using the marker names as the hover text.

It requires extra steps to do that in YouTube, but I would like for Premiere Pro to be able to do it if the MP4 is not going to YouTube.

In fact, the link mentioned in the title meant to generically focus on ADOBE’s Server/Service, where you can host and deliver your own files. Sorry if it leads to misunderstandings.
