ExtendedScript Toolkit is missing? We need it back again.

I want to separate the video according to the timestamps as AI knows where things begin and end.

It would be cool to write a script that does this automatically where it can export with the title name and each part without having to nest. It should just send it to Adobe Media Encoder with the title and whatever else.
