Feature request: a custom actions panel

Now that all the menus have been revamped into shorter lists but with many sublevels, it is difficult to get to certain funstions.

It's more convenient but in no way fast.

What I suggest is give us, Premiere Pro users, a custom panel where we could add all the necessary functions we use most often. Something like this is made in numerous plugins. Paid for plugins.

As a Premiere Pro user I would like to have such a panel internally. It could be a custom dockable panel like this:

Having activated this panel, we'll have an opportunity to add all the necessary functions via a submenu (an "add function button") where all the functions will be listed like in the Shortcuts menu:

Those functions that don't have a proper icon would be marked with a default icon for which a user can choose a custon (CUSTOM!) colour or choose whether to show only the first 2 letters of the name. Plus separators like in the program monitor tool set.
