FEATURE REQUEST: add mouse button shortcuts mapping

Hi, community. Premiere Pro has some default use of mouse buttons like the right mouse button context menu or the middle mouse button for dragging the frame in the program monitor, but no other mouse buttons are in use. Furthermore you cannot assign a mouse button to any shortcut in the shortcuts menu in Premiere Pro - it's for the keyboard only. I know I can use Excalibur and a mouse proper software to make macroses, as well as use some exotic workarounds like game controller emulators and assign shortcut combinations to any mouse button in it. But these all are awkward workarounds. 

So I request a feature to be able to assign shortcuts to the additional mouse buttons. It's time to put to use additional mouse buttons since now people rarely use mice with only 3 default buttons.
