Feature Request - Auto Populate Nested Sequences into a pre-selected Bin / Location

I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that nested sequences that auto populate in my main project bin are an unnecessary hassle. And I'm certainly not the first to request a feature like this. 

My request is in the title -- just let us set a location for nested sequences to populate once created. Either on a per-project or per-user basis. Anything would be an improvement than constantly creating a bin and dragging nested sequences each time I start a new project.
