FEATURE REQUEST: Copy Clipboard Contents to Source Monitor

This is a feature Avid editors use frequently.  I can copy entire sections of a timeline and then insert them very accurately wherever I want them in the timeline.  Copy and paste can do the same.. but you have more frame accurate control over how you edit it back into the timeline with it stored in the source monitor.  And bonus you use the mouse less.  Such an easy feature than would make plenty of Avid editors very happy.

So to recap:  Command +C --  Then allow us to Paste the contents of the clipboard into the Source Monitor with another assigned keyboard shortcut.
