Feature Request: Effects and transitions Fast Search Panel

Now that Premiere Pro has more than 90 new effects and transitions, there is a question of how to search the necessary ones faster especially when you are on a tight deadline. Favourites is great but it demands a preparation (finding and saving effects and transitions prior to work). The search in the Effects window is too far away from the timeline and you have to reset it every time you need a manual search.

The perfect solution would be a search effects window brought via a key combination like the "standard" for such features Shift+Space. Once you use it, a panel appears consisting of 3 parts:

- the upper part shows the previously used N effects and transitions (where N is set in the Preferences).

- the middle is the actual Search bar where you type in names of effects and transitions.

- the lower part under the Search shows the results found.

- The search is "clever" - it will dynamically show N results (where N is set in the Preferences) starting with the typed symbols.

- The selected transition is applied to the cut of the selected clip nearest to the playhead. Or you can select a cut or several cuts before shiftspacing.

- The selected effect is applied to the selected clip or a group of selected clips.

- The search is held throughout ALL the effects and transitions Premiere Pro has installed in it, both native and 3d-party.

- The search bar disappears by itself immediately after an action has been performed. You don't need to close it manually.
