[Feature Request] EXR Import Setting "Bypass Linear Conversion" on/off option in global settings

We use EXRs in our pipeline and constantly have to enable  "bypass linear conversion" for each individual clip. There's currently no way to do this in a batch or to update the settings to have this enabled by default. 

I'm requesting we include a new option in the "Media" tab of preferences that allows us to enable this option for all EXRs imported into Premiere.
