Feature Request: Make "Read Only" mode persist for individual projects

It would be useful to be able to save a project in Read-Only mode, so that it stays that way when opened in the future. Without having to remember to manually click the writable/read-only toggle right after opening it.

I often need to access and copy clips and stuff from old projects, and don't want to accidentally change something in a finalized project. Especially if I have multiple projects open, I might not realize I'm in the wrong project's project panel when importing files and such.

The only current somewhat alternative is locking all the tracks on my sequence(s), but that doesn't allow selecting clips in a sequence to be able to copy them for example, therefore requiring unlocking and re-locking them.

I suppose I could mark the file as read-only in Windows which works, though I'm not sure if there are cases that attribute might be lost when moving files between file systems, cloud syncing, etc.
