Feature request: Render Previews at Proxy Quality

When working with proxies, it would save a lot of time to be able to render previews (of effects like warp stabilizer, for instance, by "Render Effects In to Out") at the quality of the current Proxy, rather than the Full quality.

The feature could default to rendering previews based on whether the Toggle Proxy button is turned on for the given clip or not. Or there could be a setting that you could change to have the render previews rendered at Proxy quality.
