Feature Request: Set To Frame Width and Set To Frame Height

It would be great to have: 

Set To Frame Width 

Set To Frame Height 

The Set to Frame Height would be essential for editing vertical videos.

I know Auto-Reframe is the intended solution for that. Auto-reframe is fantastic for specific scenarios.  However, Auto-Reframe has limitations --you can't turn off tracking,  it changes the clip data, etc. It makes it challenging to be consistent when working with multiple clips or making a cut on the same clip. 

I'm requesting this again as it's been an ongoing pain point for me and, I'm sure, many others. TIA!
